Review of Visioneers (2008) by Andrew N — 17 Jan 2010
I thought this movie was written very well. A unique take on any modern society in the world today. Questions like, Why don't I feel. What do my dreams mean? How do I be happy? They are all present in this film.
Not to mention an external control i.e. jeffers that I'm thinking represents the government frame of our time. Trying to destroy what we are all after. This movie weighs heavily on love as the motive for it all.
It's the one thing that prevails and gets our protagonist through the climax and to the happy ending. Thats the only common theme found in this movie compared with others. Definitely worth watching if your not an idiot and like to think.
