This I the story about the seven year old boy Vincent Malloy. Vincent isn't like all the the other kids.
Instead of playing outside in the sun with his friends, he spends his days in his dark room pretending to be Vincent Price.
Very Tim Burton'ish.
With the narration of Vincent Price himself.
