A very disappointing remake that could've easily been a great horror movie. Surprisingly, it really has almost no suspense, thrills or competent scares. Somehow even with John Carpenter leading the way this lackluster entry has none of Carpenter's artistic or musical touch.
'Village Of The Damned' is just a waste of space albeit a hardly watchable waste of space featuring a strong performance from Christopher Reeve.
