Review of Village of the Damned (1995) by Senor C — 19 Sep 2010
I didn't know that John Carpenter directed this. Sadly lightning didn't strike twice @ his goes of remakes as it did w/ The Thing. Im never seen the original Village of the Damned so I don't know how this is by comparison.
On it's own it's not bad but hardly Carpenter's shining hour. A town experiences a total blackout & when they come to their women are pregnant. They give birth to evil children that causes some residents to kill themselves (most enjoyable the drunken grounds keeper George 'Buck' Flower).
