An obnoxious attempt to justify obnoxious graffiti and to vilify people who are working to clean up graffiti. The film and the argument it made are going to be annoying to anyone who doesn't think that graffiti artists and taggers should be able to spray paint their bad art anywhere, on public or private property, that they want.
