Review of Videodrome (1983) by Noah R — 30 May 2009
The themes and visuals are all there for an outstanding horror film but the main character is too flat to sustain interest. James Woods makes it work for his classic sleazebag character but I just wish there was a little more to him to make the premise air-tight.
Still, as far as the directing is concerned, this is Cronenberg in top form and definitely worth seeing.
