Review of Videodrome (1983) by Cody W — 13 Jan 2014

While its ideas aren't that far removed from our reality, much of the film is oddly paced and the narrative goes through some sequences without a clear purpose. The acting in the film isn't that good, but the direction has some interesting visual ideas, sadly the story of the film is mismanaged and the noteworthy ideas get watered down by the shock tactics.
