Review of Victor Frankenstein (2015) by Farah R — 30 Dec 2016

Considering that I watched this movie with an open mind, victor Frankenstein is not that big of a disaster as the critics made it seem. James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe delivered impressive performances, especially the latter as I imagine playing the role of a hunchback must've been physically challenging and difficult to endure.

Although there were a lot of disturbing gore and unpleasant scenes, the film is interesting in its own way, presenting a freshly imagined recreation of Mary Shelley's notorious tale.
