The reviews are predictably drawn along political lines but I want to add what I can to the discussion. I actually loved the acting. Sam Rockwell could key my car and he would still be my favorite actor. Ref: "Box of Moonlight" (1996).

This is the very same thing liberals did to President Ronald Reagan, but few of the original detractors would repeat their stupidity after their revisionist history was unraveled.

As for 'Vice', I suspect and pray that a near-future generation will see what the two generations ahead of them have have created and will see how ridiculous our nation has become. We are 23rd in literacy and a full 50% of doctoral candidates are foreign born non-citizens. A recent poll showed that a full 40% of Americans would never fight for their country. But the irony is that if you make the mistake of calling a liberal college student a man (or a woman) they will beat you with their anti-fa scarves. We have the finest military in the world but when the numbers of brave men and women fall, there will be a huge problem recruiting other Americans who will self identify as androgynous Nepalese Sherpas who can't deploy because they also self-identify as pregnant and with stage three 'progressive' brain cancer. See how I did that?

If the United States somehow entered into war with 'any other nation' ...we would lose. Men are so weak now [thanks academia] that they will shoot smartphone videos of invading forces rather than even call 9-1-1. Go on YouTube right now and see how American children below the age of 25 behave in dire circumstances. There are few 'eye' witnesses to anything, only shaky video with morons saying, "Dude! Oh sh-t dude!".

An EMP doesn't necessarily have to target an electrical grid to make modern males (or whatever) kill themselves. Kill internet access and our superb citizenry will fall to their knees and scream like that ugly lady with a man's haircut on election night 2016 ...you know the one.

Ready Player One was a blast and had a 'real' message (hokey as it was), though I prefer that Wade Watts and clan should have shut down OASIS Monday through Friday so lil boys and girls will move out of my generation's houses and get a frikken life.

"Under 26-years-old? Dump all the crap you have been fed by professional losers and join the real world. It's surprisingly exciting and fulfilling. If you aren't up to the challenge at present, it will happen organically after 27 years of age.".

In summary, Dick Cheney will be panned by celeb lemmings and shockingly unworldly liberal professors [I speak to liberal arts, not the hard sciences]. But as it is with Reagan, Vice President Cheney will be studied and understood as the patriot he is ...and the current batch of squawking hand-wringers will be remembered as being just as stupid as the 69'-75' flower children/cowards are.
