The movie has a disclaimer in the beginning by the narrator that the movie is based on guesses because Cheney is so private. The movie is not based on factual inside view but from a fictional character/narraror that dispises Cheney and Bush among others.
It is truly made as a comedy/drama to make fun of them so if that is what you are looking for you will possibly like the movie however it will not give you any insight, just conspiracy theories you have most likely heard.
The previews I seen led me to think it is a true story, which it is not a fully true story. The movie tells half truths at best.
