Vice was movie that often takes a tongue-in-cheek approach to the inner machinations of politics and especially those of Dick Cheney. It was a very scary film because it can be compared to what is going on in Washington D.
C. today, which is what is hinted at during the final scene during the credits. I would rate it between 67-70%.
