Review of Vertigo (1958) by Michael C — 20 Jan 2014
I was, at first, drawn in by the haunting score from Bernard Hermann, but it's Hitchcock's masterful eye for direction that brings it all together. A healthy mix of mystery, drama, and romance.
Definitely a masterpiece, it's just a shame that it needed a couple of years to catch on.
