Review of Vertigo (1958) by Jay S — 30 Oct 2017
Am extremely dark mystery/thriller that never lets up. Alfred Hitchcock inserts often frightening frames and brilliant use of colors while the script takes us on a psychologically disturbing ride with dark themes.
Unlike Hitchcock's other films however, this may require a second viewing to truly appreciate the darkness behind the film and understand the narrative heft.
