Since when do Shumacher and Bruckheimer make lifetime made for TV movies? Oh, this wasn't one? It sure felt like it. Not to say the movie is terrible, it was just extremely cliche ridden, filled with middling performances, and was saddled with a plot that didn't really give the viewer much information on what really drove the characters.
