The hard hitting real life story of the murdered journalist Veronica Guerin. Her desire to name and shame the murky, evil Irish drug dealers made her a household name in Ireland, but in the end those drug dealers stopped her in her tracks to bring them down.
An intense and gritty drama with immense emotional feeling. This is an extremely powerful film with an equally powerful performance from Cate Blanchett. No matter what role she takes on she 110% owns the role.
