Identical to the 1st movie,so much that it doubles down on you not feeling connected to these characters or caring for them and uses the same end credit scene from the 2018 movie.Venom doesn't act like how Comic Venom would act all the time, Carnage doesn't act how a serial killer with an alien that's influenced by its host would act that's named CARNAGE.
If this movie was "R" as it should've been might have been a better plot and movie. But can't have a blood bath cake and eat it too as it has to get shoehorned in the pg-13 MCU the safest way possible.
