This could have been a cheesy B movie, but it unfortunately takes the route of another coulda-been B movie, Armored, and it's dull, drawn out, and not that good at all. Vehicle 19 follows a man who picks up a rental car in Europe, only to find a hostage in the trunk.

This could've been a solid B movie, but it falls victims to all the cliches possible. It starts off with an interesting premise, and believe it or not, Paul Walker actually isn't bad in this, but the film is inevitably it's own demise.

Paul Walker's performance is admirable. This is the first time where's he actually a man without any type of leverage, but the script he's given isn't any good. At all. And the action scenes are horribly filmed, barely showing any action thanks to the poor overuse of dashboard cam and keeping the camera in the vehicle.

Overall, this film is unfortuantely just a bore.
