After a stellar and suspenseful opening, the film does not live up to the spark it could have offered. It's not particularly scary, but it's still a very moody and effective flick. It's a stylish thriller that falls apart under any serious scrutiny, the lack of explanation equally frustrating and compelling at the same time.
