Has a horror-action movie, even one starring X-Men hunk Hugh Jackman ever been so fucking agonizingly dull and boring? As you can probably tell, Jackman stars as Van Helsing, the famed vampire hunter from Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Stephen Sommers, who helmed to middling Mummy movies, has no interest in anything that isn't cacophonous action. He throws in Frankenstein's monster and the Wolf Man to try and keep us thrilled.
Van Helsing fights just about everyone. Simply put: dumb plot, dumb effect, all round dumb movie.
