Review of Vampire in Brooklyn (1995) by Andrew C — 25 Jul 2007

Very poor film - Eddie Murphy let himself down with this. The genre is horror/comedy, but it isn't scary enough to be a horror, and definitely not funny enough to be a comedy. The plot in general is sound, as I believe that it had the potential to be interesting.

However, the film turned out to be slow and boring, I give it 1 star for the few laughs that Hardison's character provides.
