Whatever Nicolas Winding Refn tried to do or say with Valhalla Rising, you won't be absolutley sure of no matter how many times you see it and will most likely be debated about by viewers for awhile to come. But it's will to be unflinching in nature and visceral images and power will undeniably get into your mind and stay there for a good long time after seen. Impressive, to say the least.
