A crazy 1 eyed guy kills a lot of people. Not sure why though. It seemed like you needed a program guide or something to understand this movie. It made not sense to me at all. The fact that there was *maybe* 5mins of dialog in the entire movie didn't help.
1 star for the 1.5hours of nice background scenery.
