Review of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017) by Flounder F — 19 Dec 2017

I have never seen such a lack of chemistry between two leads in a film before. It was such a failure, that not only did it leave me wondering if they were in love, but if they were even in the same room with each other. Given the masterful use of CGI within the film, it is possible they shot their scenes separately and had it mashed together in post-production.

I give nothing but credit to the director for the amount of love, time, and effort he so obviously put into this movie, but the terrible casting sunk this film before it was put out to sea.
