Some fun effects and creatures, but an otherwise empty story which forced predictable plot elements. The lead male lacked any sort of enduring charisma.
The opening scenes were tremendous and it picks up again when two of the bigger names actors enter the movie, but far too many bland moments that had me dozing off.
