Review of Vacancy (2007) by Jósef G — 11 Aug 2009
A solid little horror thriller where a young couple find themselves to be the next victims in a future snuff film. There's a lot to like about the film, it's well shot and looks the part. Acting is good as well.
The best aspect of the film is where they start studying the enemy for weaknesses. A breath of fresh air, instead of running bimbos in the woods. If you want a short and taut thrill ride, then you could do a lot worse than Vacancy.
Recommended.
