Review of Vacancy (1999) by Adam B — 25 Jul 2009
It was alright. I'm not too big on the whole horror genre as it is, but I was entertained by the film. The idea that someone would kill a number of people just to make films seems a bit out there though, but then again it doesn't really have to make much sense I guess.
I did like the cast of the film though actually. Luke Wilson wouldn't seem like someone you would normally see in something like this. When I think of him, I automatically think of Legally Blonde.
He seems like a pretty down to earth guy though so it made the film just that tiny bit more believeable and hoping they'd make it out.
