If I didn't know any better I'd say an Elephant filmed this movie. It was pathetic. You literally could barely make out anything that was going on. I am so thankful I never saw the first one because everyone said this one was much better. If V/H/S 2 was way better than V/H/S then V/H/S must have been atrocious.

Short Film #1- The Fake Eye: This one was the second best. This one contained the only jump scares in the entire movie. I'm not the biggest fan of cheap jump scares. This was the only film that had the whole turn a corner and BAM in your face kind of thing. Which I like in some sense. 2.5/5.

Short Film #2- Zombies in the Woods: Seriously a zombie scene....really? A really bad zombie scene at that. Once again you could barely make out what was going on, even though there was barely anything happening. When the scene is about to end the zombie shoots himself in the face. You've got to be kidding me. News flash zombies can't shoot weapons. I forgot to mention how the zombie managed to ass dial his wife on the phone. 0.5/5.

Short Film #3- Safe Haven: This one was by far the best. I'll give it this that is was pretty creepy. The cult leader was one weird SOB. Once again the garbage camera takes away from what could have been really pretty scary and intense. Sadly this good short film did not save the movie by any means. 3/5.

Short Film #4- Alien Abduction: You literally could not make out a single thing that was going on whatsoever. You occasionally saw an alien, that's it. It was a lot of yelling and screaming with the occasional blurry flash of a generic big-eyed, big headed alien. Of course the alien was the generic cartoon looking alien that everyone imagines aliens to be. Seriously I think I could see better filming from a new-born infant. I'm talking a baby that is a few hours old could have done a better filming job. 0.5/5.

The terrible way this movie was filmed took so much away from it. VHS 2 could have been so much scary, creepy, and intense. It's really quite a shame. In all honestly I would watch Movie 43 again before I watched this.
