Slightly better than the first with far more unique concepts for the found footage, though I wish it hadn't been rushed into production and could've rounded out some of the rough edges. There is plenty of blood and gore for horror fans and an overall creep-factor (particularly in the wrap-around story) but once again, none of it is very scary.
The best segment visually is probably the last tape and the worst is definitely the cult one which left me scratching my head. Overall, it's a step in the right direction for the series and I hope third time's the charm!
