Review of V/H/S/2 (2013) by Grant F — 14 Sep 2013
V/H/S 2 is a more even counterpart to the first film, while it is still admittedly all over the place. While not always horrifying, the sci-fi stories are actually interesting, and add a level of watch-ability to the film.
Just like in it's predecessor, each short film entry has little to tie it to the overarching story. One entry has an entirely laughable ending, while another ends with a dark twist of realism. In conclusion, V/H/S/2 delivers an interesting and sometimes thrilling string of sci-fi tales with completely uneven execution.
