Review of V/H/S/2 (2013) by Abraham S — 11 Nov 2013
A delicious horror fanatic's treat, VHS2 was superior to its predecessor in almost every way imaginable. The first film was jumbled, disjointed, and the quality of storytelling from piece to piece was jarring.
VHS2 was filled with excellently creepy, brilliantly shot, original stories that were filmed with innovation and interesting ideas. Not to be misleading - there was nothing particularly groundbreaking here, merely a series of fresh ideas shot with horrific wonder.
I am an unending lover of horror, suspense, and thriller films and VHS2 was definitely a delicious morsel of a treat for my starving affinity. I'll be watching this again with some friends and a partner.
