Review of V/H/S/2 (2013) by Abe F — 12 Jan 2014
A more competent, albeit, less interesting film than its predecessor, VHS2 still manages to bring a bunch of new ideas to the table (zombie Go-Pro) and yet again, reinvigorate the idea of found-footage.
Special mention to Gareth 'The Raid' Evans nightmarish segment, which somehow managed to work the freaking apocalypse into a simple expose on an Indonesian cult. Great stuff!
