Review of V/H/S/2 (2013) by Angelo Dean B — 27 Jul 2014
VHS 2 takes its previous predecessor and throws in everything that makes a horror flick an intelligent fright fest. It was slightly shorter than the first but adds way more thrilling and intense sequences to the mix. I was glued to the screen before any of the 4 tapes could end.
The acting made it seem like there was actually someone filming it. The quality was average and the angles weren't really shaky and they weren't steady giving it the illusion that someone was behind the camera. Plus, the consequences opened opertunites to have cameras in more colorful places that they normally wouldn't be in.
VHS 2 is an all out gore fest and is absolutely a blast!
