This is as good as found footage horror gets. I didn't think there was really much more that could be done with it, but I was wrong. This ups the ante over the original in budget and quality. I'd go so far as to call one of the parts a true classic, with another one of the 4 great.
The other two parts are very good as well, but the second and third are just so good that they're less memorable by comparison.
