Review of V for Vendetta (2006) by Edward H — 31 Aug 2015
A masterpiece and such a deep thought provoking movie. This is the type of movie you can get into conversation and debates with friends for hours after seeing it. Every time I re watch it I find something new and thought provoking about it.
It's a fantasy totalitarian British state but with countries still living under that control today and in history it paints a picture of how a government can manipulate a democratic fee country with fear to force them to give up their freedoms for protection from the government.
So real a possibility that it scares you. Especially after the Patriot act.
