Its no "The Fugitive" but is entertaining follow-up, following the memorable of Fugitive hunters from the original movie . The plot is sometimes murky, but more often exciting. Several entertaining moments (Tommy Lee Jones dressed as a chicken, for example) help to lighten it up and make it a fun crime thriller.
