I want to address everyone saying that the plot is terrible to start. This was a brilliantly written film with much symbolism and metaphoric meaning. It's not a movie you can see once and say the plot is bad purely because u don't understand it.
Lupita was absolutely amazing along with everyone else in the cast. When you really begin to think about the movie it all starts to make a lot of sense, and we can't just compare everything to Get Out, they're different movies with different meanings.
The script was a great mix of comedy and horror giving the movie its own little flare, and everything in the script is there for a reason. But, overall this is really a masterpiece.
