Review of Us (2019) by Zyrious — 25 Mar 2019
From the opening credits that uncomfortably focused on rabbits I knew what I was in for. I laugh at this movie and considered walking out. When she announced in her shoddy voice "We're Americans" I literally burst out loud laughing.
It was at that point the movie had lost me. Everything about this movie was hype. THE ONLY thing I found remotely enjoyable was the opening musical score period. This movie is pretentious and attempts vigorously to be deep but ends up being overly and unnecessarily cerebral.
This is absolutely the worst movie I have ever seen at a theater. Horror you say? Please. Im actively trying to stop people from seeing this abominable movie.
