Review of Uptown Girls (2003) by Matt T — 16 Oct 2013

I guess this movie is just like any feel-good movie, you forget what happened after you have watched it. Which is the main reason to why you would want to see it again.

It was okay, but it's pretty much already forgotten. Dakota Fanning is the reason why you should see the movie. Because it didn't really feel like the movie was about anything.

I would have hoped for a bigger transition in Brittany Murphy's character, she's supposed to be this grown up who learns how to grow up but it never really felt like she learned the lesson.
