An eye-opening action thriller that shows the horrifying capabilities of artificial intelligence through expertly done choreography and exceptional storytelling. Upgrade is definitely a movie worth your time to watch, if you're into shockingly gory bloodbath showdowns and tense action sequences.
The only gripe to be had with this movie is that once you wrap your head around the story, it becomes laughably predictable, but this is fortunately masked by great acting and intensity of some scenes.
