Let me begin my review by saying Up is overrated. It is not worthy of a 98%( higher than Pulp fiction) and not worthy of a Best picture nomination. But let me begin with the story before I focus on the flaws: Up is about a man who has lost his wife. And after that he ( and I am not making this up) ties balloons to his house to go to Paradise Falls, where he dreams to go. And to make things worse, he is abandoned with a kid named Russell. He meets some other problems too, but I won't go I depth.

So anyhow, the flaws. And there are a ton. Firstly, Up is about a guy tying BALLOONS to his goddamn house and DOGS PILOTING airplanes.

Duh?

And you may not understand this, but if Charles Muntz, is the Old guy's hero when the protagonist was a kid, wouldn't he be 120 years old now? WTF?

Apart from the GAPING PLOT HOLES, this movie suffers from other flaws, but I won't mention it. Many people have described this movie is touching and stuff like that, but really? I did not cry even once!

The voice acting is decent, and so are the visuals (even if certain aspects seem rushed). And it is funny, but only once in a while. But it isn't worthy of the critical praise it gets, and not worthy of being called the best Pixar movie.

Other aspects are limited but I won't talk about it. Even in its most touching and.

Sentimental scenes there's nothing really I ever cried on.

4/10 stars.
