Review of Untraceable (2008) by Rob M — 01 Sep 2017
A big budget shock thriller that tells a foreboding parable about the dangers of our Internet obsessed society. Diane Lane does what she can with a mediocre script as a cyber crimes detective with the FBI who is in charge of tracking down a sadistic killer who has created a website in which he tortures and eventually kills random people after receiving x amount of likes.
It's tame and lame in portions and the identity of the killer is given far too early to allow for the amount of suspense it wants.
