Probably this year's most innovative horror movie. Shot entirely on an iPhone7 Plus, Steven Sodenbergh's art house film is a creepy and disturbing take on mental health issues and paranoia. And considering it's a modestly budgeted film, Claire Foy brings us a great performance.
It also has an extremely realistic tone and the camera shots are creative, which adds to the creepiness. Overall, I was impressed with Unsane, and I think it should make the list of the best horror movies of 2018.
