Review of Unsane (2018) by Random V — 20 Jul 2018
There are no real surprises in this movie, but I do applaud the attempt to take on the relationship between healthcare and insurance companies. I also applaud Soderbergh's experimentation using his smart phone, but at some point I kind of forgot he was using a phone, so I'm not sure what it accomplished except to show budding film makers it could be done.
It also lacked that Soderbergh feel. Compare it to SIDE EFFECTS and see how this film fares.
