Review of Universal Soldier: The Return (1999) by Sabari S — 14 Oct 2009
This just seemed to be the poorest elements of original and then stealing the idea of computers taking over the world plot as in the terminator but one man (van damme) stopping it all and doing so looking half the size he was in previous films like a knackered old man never thinking for one minuet of unloading the gun in the bad guys faces.
