I didn't hate the first one, but the second one didn't really add anything new and in fact it didn't do some things as well as the first film did. When it's a Van Damme film that's not really a plug to watch the film.
.. as they're usually not the best anyway... so this one gets a thumbs down from me... though he does do the splits I'm sure... and yes, yes... he has nice leg muscles... but no no... he can't act.
