An Excellent action pack film were it continues a few years after the first Universal Soldiers film with plenty of explosions and gun fighting for any action fan not to mention some good fight scenes between former Universal Soldier Luc Deveraux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) an the current bad ass Super soldiers Romeo (Former WCW wrestling star Bill Goldberg) an Seth (former star of the film Spawn Michael Jai White).
