Awful. One star for a nice retro cast, but budget was probably $200 and that was put into making JCVD and Lundgren not to look old and tired...and failed. Oh come one, the guys deserved a proper movie not this low budget, shaky-cam, no plot, no dialog, one minute fightcene of a movie.
