OK well basically this is a set up for either a tv series or a revamp at the franchise, coz Dolph Lundgren is in it for barely 20 mins and Van Damme spends majority of the movie strapped in a chair or in a lab, last half hr best bit which is when the doc gets out his back up plan, not the best movie ever but a decent enough as long as your a fan!
