Shockingly good. Universal Soldier: Regeneration is one of the best action movies in recent years. John Hyams' direction is efficient and rather old-school compared to the nonsensical handheld fight scenes that dominant modern action films.
Regeneration just might be the best straight-to-dvd film ever made.
