A convoluted, jumbled mish-mash of endless flickering strobes and messy scene after messy scene. The saving grace? Glad you asked... three action scenes. That's it. Well the three that are worth mentioning.
.. Don't see where this ties in to the rest of the franchise, or at least cleanly and seamlessly, comes off more like a one-off b-rater.
